I finally finished my 1st attempt at circular knitting, which is an adult earflap hat. I'm very pleased with the result, though, my dh (who it was knitted for) says the actual body of the hat could be longer. So next time, instead of knitting to 8.5" I'll make it 9". Its very basic and done in homespun yard, which is no picinic! Its very hard to tell where one stitch ends and the next begins......especially difficult for picking up dropped stitches *roll*. It also ended up being my first time at DPNs. I'll tell you, I'll be doing more circular projects; its so easy! I'll post a pic when I get a chance
On another note, my SIL is due today, and I have baby on the brain. I knitted him a hat (which I never got a pic of b4 giving it to her) and completed a washcloth today for him. I'm going to make a burp cloth and a softer rag for him to put into a set.
I'm off to take DS #2 to preschool, and hopefully get some more cleaning done this afternoon.
